Step-by-step setup guides and troubleshooting for your IPTV service.

Where do I get my username & password?

After you subscribe, we send your credentials by WhatsApp or email. Keep that message handy so you can view and copy your username, password, and server URL anytime.

Use these credentials in your IPTV app (IBO Player, TiviMate, IPTV Smarters, or any app that supports Xtream Codes / M3U).

Setup by device

Fire Stick / Fire TV

  1. Install the Downloader app from the Amazon Appstore.
  2. Open Downloader and enter the code for the app you want (see our Apps page). Download and install the IPTV app.
  3. Open the IPTV app. Choose Xtream Codes / API login and enter your username, password, and server URL from your credential message.
  4. If the app asks for M3U URL only, use the full M3U link from your credentials (copy it carefully with no extra spaces).
  5. Save and start watching. For the best experience use a stable internet connection (10+ Mbps recommended).

Android TV / Android box

  1. Download the APK from our Apps page (direct link or via the Downloader app).
  2. Enable Install from unknown sources for the browser or Downloader if prompted.
  3. Install the app, open it, and enter your username, password, and server URL from your credentials.

Android phone / tablet

  1. Go to the Apps page and tap the APK download link for IBO Player or TiviMate.
  2. Allow installation from your browser when prompted, then open the app after installation.
  3. Enter your username, password, and server URL from the credentials we sent you after your order.

Smart TV (Samsung, LG, etc.)

  1. For the best experience we recommend using a Fire Stick or Android box connected to your TV. Many Smart TVs have limited app support.
  2. If your TV has an app store, look for an IPTV or Xtream Codes compatible app and use your username, password, and server URL from your credentials.

Troubleshooting

Nothing loads or constant buffering

Check your internet speed (we recommend at least 10 Mbps). Try a different channel. Restart the app and your router. If using Fire Stick or a box, try a wired Ethernet connection for a more stable stream.

Login failed — Invalid or Wrong credentials

Double-check your username and password (copy them from your credential message to avoid typos). Make sure there are no extra spaces. For Xtream/API login, ensure the server/host URL is exactly as provided.

App will not install on Fire Stick

Enable Apps from Unknown Sources for the Downloader app (Settings > My Fire TV > Developer options). Then try downloading and installing again.
