Service description
NexoriaX provides IPTV streaming subscriptions giving access to live TV channels and video-on-demand content via compatible third-party player applications. Service availability depends on your internet connection and device compatibility.
Account & usage
Each subscription is for personal use only. Sharing credentials beyond your plan's device limit is prohibited. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
Free trial
The 24-hour free trial provides full access to the service with no payment required. One trial per customer. Trials cannot be combined with promotional offers.
Refund policy
Paid subscriptions include a 7-day money-back guarantee. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase via WhatsApp or email. Refunds are processed within 5 business days.
Service availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to factors outside our control, including internet outages and third-party app changes.
